Product Designer (6‑month Contractor)

About the role

Applaudo is looking for a Product Designer to shape data‑rich digital experiences. You will work on dashboards, reporting tools and analytical platforms, turning complex information into intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling products.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design initiatives from discovery and ideation through delivery and validation.
• Design intuitive, scalable, and accessible user interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Teams, Engineers and other stakeholders to define product strategy and validate decisions with evidence.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate research, prototyping, iteration and implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX/UI, HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Service Design or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, especially dashboards, reporting platforms or analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of data visualization, information architecture, accessibility and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (C1 or higher).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or v0.
• Ability to translate business data and insights into meaningful design solutions.
