Product Marketing Consultant

About the role

The Product Marketing Consultant will support Caterpillar’s business plan by working closely with product groups, districts and dealers to create customer‑focused solutions that maximize product value and pricing. This role contributes to both short‑term initiatives and long‑term growth strategies within a global, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with product groups, districts and dealers to develop and implement customer solutions that enhance product value and pricing.
• Identify and design corrective actions for business‑plan shortfalls while capitalising on incremental sales opportunities.
• Resolve issues related to product performance and overall commercial results in the assigned territory.
• Monitor PINS trends, demand fluctuations and basic customer requirements.
• Develop new prospects, establish relationships with customers and uncover opportunities to introduce Caterpillar products and services.
