Production Manager

About the role

Restoration Apparel Company is expanding its Santiago (Pisano Free Zone) sublimation and apparel manufacturing plant and seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.
• Ensure daily target productivity levels are achieved.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to guarantee product standards.
• Collaborate with the quality control department to resolve product defects or specification deviations.
• Control production costs by optimizing processes, minimizing waste, and improving efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Identify and address production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Develop solutions to enhance overall production efficiency.
• Generate regular performance reports, including KPIs, and present findings to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in a Free Zone environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
