About the role

Join Twinkl’s Chile production team to create and edit educational resources for children aged 4 to 16. You will develop digital and printable materials such as PowerPoints, activity sheets, assessments, and lesson plans for preschool through 6th grade.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow writers and the Chilean Production Team Leader to generate new content ideas.
• Write and edit lesson plans, assessments, and other resources for the Chilean market.
• Identify gaps in the local teaching community and propose new product concepts.
• Share expertise and best practices with the team to improve resource quality.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who thrives in a close‑knit team environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Bases Curriculares de Educación Parvularia and the Mineduc curriculum from 1° básico to II Medio.
• Proven experience designing assessments and lesson plans from scratch.
• Strong understanding of the needs of teachers in early childhood and primary education.
• Fluent in English (essential requirement).

What we offer

• Remote work with flexible hours agreed with your line manager.
