Project Manager – Electrification (Distribution Solutions)

About the role

Join a global leader in technology and drive the energy transition. As a Project Manager within our Electrification division, you will take full ownership of medium-sized projects, ensuring they are delivered with excellence, efficiency, and sustainability in the Chilean market.

Main Missions

• Lead the end-to-end execution of electrification projects within the Distribution Solutions business unit.
• Ensure all activities strictly comply with internal procedures, local regulations, industry standards, and technical specifications.
• Direct project team members and coordinate effectively with internal departments to meet all project milestones.
• Manage project risks and opportunities while maintaining rigorous control over economic and financial performance.
• Guarantee the highest standards of quality and strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the electrical, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical skills for risk management and financial monitoring.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to manage diverse stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
