Project Manager – LATAM Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

As a Project Manager for LATAM, you will lead the technical design, planning, and delivery of monitoring and feed‑in management solutions for renewable energy projects. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design and detailed planning of monitoring systems for renewable energy projects.
• Manage projects from order intake through implementation to final hand‑over.
• Track and maintain project scope, budget, timeline, and quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Support change‑management activities during execution.
• Assist sales and proposal teams during quotation and bidding phases.
• Contribute to technical concepts, solution designs, and customer‑specific proposals.
• Provide technical input for project contracts and ensure clear communication with customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive efficient execution and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Professional experience in project management and/or industrial communication, monitoring or control systems.
• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for solving complex engineering challenges.
• Structured, independent, proactive work style with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Collaborative team player with high ownership and initiative.
