Project Manager NetSuite - ERP (Women Preferred)

About the role

The NetSuite Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end ERP implementations for Oracle customers, ensuring high‑quality delivery on time and within budget. This position is part of Oracle’s affirmative‑action program and is preferentially open to women candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor NetSuite ERP projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including consultants, developers and client stakeholders.
• Apply Oracle methodologies and industry best practices to guarantee solution quality.
• Communicate project status and influence senior management decisions at client organizations.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and extensions.
• Collaborate with the consulting sales team to provide domain credibility.

Required profile

• 6‑15 years of relevant experience, including 0‑5 years of direct project‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and travel as needed.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of Oracle’s project‑management methodologies.
• Ability to lead teams of ten or more members.
