Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

AudienceView is seeking a Project Manager to help operationalize and scale its Professional Services business. This client‑facing position works with large, complex enterprise customers to define scope, shape delivery plans, and ensure high‑quality execution across multi‑phase engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
• Translate client needs into clear Statements of Work, delivery plans, and phased roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management to develop detailed estimates, timelines, resource needs, and costs.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Professional Services engagements, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients to build trust and strong relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams, including Engineering, Product, and specialized services resources.
• Manage project financials, track budgets, margins, and change orders.
• Contribute to services revenue forecasting and identify opportunities to improve monetization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stream projects for enterprise clients.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management.
• Experience with project scoping, estimation, and financial management.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑growing, SaaS‑based professional services environment.
