Quality Assurance Analyst II

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst II will support quality processes, continuous improvement and process optimisation across our operations in Chile or Colombia. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the analyst combines business analysis, data reporting and QA expertise to ensure accurate data, compliant audits and efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and report third‑party quality audits, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain quality controls and manage calibration processes to ensure consistency.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for repeatable quality processes.
• Identify and execute process‑optimisation opportunities, leveraging automation and data‑driven insights.
• Create and maintain documentation, reports and trend analyses for quality performance.
• Design and implement custom Power Apps solutions and integrate them with Power Automate and other Microsoft tools to automate workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate project status and facilitate regular alignment meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and interact with multiple business areas.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
