Quality Assurance Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Auditor at BairesDev, you will evaluate internal processes and workflows to ensure they meet high standards of compliance and efficiency. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to operational excellence for a global tech services leader.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits aligned with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement structured auditing frameworks, including scorecards and evaluation metrics.
• Analyze key performance indicators to pinpoint bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, risks, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote continuous improvement and process integrity.
• Lead compliance‑driven initiatives to mitigate operational risks across departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance or operational auditing.
• Proven ability to apply auditing methodologies and produce structured documentation.
• Hands‑on experience creating and monitoring scorecards and KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
• Experience in TA Ops or similar compliance‑focused environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
