Quality Assurance Engineer – Solar & BESS

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer specialized in Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to join our team in Santiago. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System in line with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 and TL 9000.
• Identify and implement improvement areas aligned with company direction.
• Review and optimise processes and procedures related to quality control and service assurance.
• Manage non‑conformances, drive effective resolutions and continuous improvement.
• Prepare, analyse and distribute periodic SLA/KPI and ad‑hoc reports.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Analyse customer complaints, recommend resolutions and corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of quality assurance across operations and project deployments.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance system activities.
• Familiarity with standard operation and installation guides.
• Experience developing and maintaining a Quality Management System.
• Understanding of detailed work processes across teams and ability to spot gaps.
• Desirable experience monitoring end‑to‑end implementation quality in the telecom industry.
• Degree in Quality Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
