About the role

SANY Chile, a global leader in heavy machinery, is looking for a motivated Recruiter to support its strategic talent acquisition initiatives in Santiago. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure compliance with Chilean labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules, job offers, documentation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce headcount and KPI reports.
• Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring correct attendance, overtime, bonuses and deductions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment for various positions and seniority levels.
• Knowledge of Chilean labor legislation and payroll processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
