Recruiting Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function for its global, fully remote workforce. You will shape hiring strategies, oversee a large team of recruiters, and ensure that the company continues to attract top‑tier tech talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruitment leaders.
• Design and implement innovative hiring processes and employee‑well‑being initiatives.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition practices aligned with business needs.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary structures.
• Continuously improve recruiting and staffing workflows based on data insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced level of English.
