Recruitment Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, engaging and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the monthly hiring targets of the organization. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and alignment with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve a minimum of 30 hires per month based on headcount plans.
• Engage with at least 6‑7 new candidates each week to build a talent pipeline.
• Screen candidate profiles to verify qualifications and fit for client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with program managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to progress them through the recruitment cycle.
• Collect required documentation and forward it to the back‑office team.
• Confirm candidate training start dates and conduct induction meetings to review offer details and company benefits.
• Provide ongoing support for candidate attraction activities and respond to emerging hiring needs.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a college program in Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
