About the role

We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join 100Hires, a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform that automates recruiting workflows. This fully remote position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, allowing you to directly impact our sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, delivering live demos and handling objections.
• Conduct deep discovery calls to map customer pain points to 100Hires features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails and design cold‑outreach sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and create educational videos for prospects and customers.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are fully tracked.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions (ideally $1K–$5K ACV).
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with async remote communication.
• Strong live‑demo and objection‑handling abilities.
• Quick learner with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Reliable internet connection, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice.
