Remote Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Accounting Analyst to become the primary internal contact for financial information. You will have full visibility of company transactions, support monthly closing cycles, and help shape our accounting framework while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and verify cost‑center allocations.
• Compile and review financial statements.
• Record accruals and apply corrections in the accounting system.
• Generate reports that support decision‑making processes.
• Assist in the development and improvement of accounting work‑flows.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP or NetSuite.
• Advanced command of English.
