Remote Backend Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking remote Backend Developers to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for engineers looking for project‑based tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level or senior level.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
