Remote Backend Developer – AI Training Program

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will help improve AI code generation by reviewing AI‑produced snippets, rating their quality, and creating coding challenges that test model capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best‑practice adherence.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to assess AI performance.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to guide AI improvements.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
