Remote Logistics Analyst

About the role

As a Remote Logistics Analyst at BairesDev, you will oversee the end‑to‑end logistics process for hardware assets, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness, and data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests using Jira.
• Maintain inventory records and updates in SAP.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze inventory data through SAP and Jira to identify optimization opportunities.
• Create and coordinate retrieval requests for hardware assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background handling hardware, physical assets, or inventory management.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflow tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
