Remote Logistics Analyst – Manage Hardware Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to oversee hardware logistics across our global organization. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring cost‑effective acquisition, shipment, and lifecycle management of IT equipment while supporting internal teams with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests using Jira.
• Maintain inventory records and updates in SAP.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewal cycles.
• Analyze assigned inventory data through SAP and Jira.
• Create and track retrieval requests for hardware assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background handling hardware, physical assets, or inventory management.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflow tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
