Remote Property Manager (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of long‑term rental homes. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in both French and English to serve tenants, owners, and vendors across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a long‑term rental portfolio, including move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals and terminations.
• Act as the primary bilingual point of contact for tenants, property owners, and service vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, schedule repairs, and ensure timely completion by contractors.
• Monitor rent collection, lease compliance, and maintain accurate tenant and property records.
• Prepare operational and occupancy reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local property‑management regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long‑term or residential property management.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
