Workplace & Facilities Coordinator – Santiago

About the role

Join Genesys in Santiago to create a welcoming, safe and organized workplace where employees, visitors and customers feel supported. As the on‑site point of contact you will own daily workplace experience and coordinate facilities, hospitality, vendor, security, technology and sustainability activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily front‑desk and workplace operations, ensuring a professional experience for employees, visitors and customers.
• Coordinate building services, vendor activities, maintenance requests and contracted work to keep the office running smoothly.
• Manage office inventory, café and pantry operations, and oversee event logistics including catering, AV setup and room readiness.
• Support sustainability initiatives such as recycling, composting and tracking energy and water consumption.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate facilities, workplace operations or related hospitality roles.
• Knowledge of Chilean occupational health and safety regulations and ability to engage EHS specialists when needed.
• Strong planning, organization and communication skills with a proactive, independent work style.
