Remote Technology Contractor

About the role

Sterlington PLLC, a full‑service law firm, is expanding its technology pool to support cloud, infrastructure, and digital initiatives. This remote, hands‑on position is designed for an independent contractor who will work autonomously within a lean, distributed technology team.

Key responsibilities

• Support and contribute to projects on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Assist in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new technology tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and firm leadership on internal initiatives.
• Produce clear documentation and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
• Help the firm adopt emerging technologies, including AI tools, in a structured and responsible manner.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, distributed environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage workload independently.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies such as AI and their practical applications.
