Revenue Growth Management Specialist – Pacific Region

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Specialist for the Pacific Region. You will support the execution of pricing, promotion, and trade‑spend strategies to maximise return on investment across our portfolio in Chile.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer teams to monitor revenue KPIs and track trade‑spend performance.
• Conduct post‑promotion evaluations with Finance and Marketing, and provide regular volume and spend reporting.
• Ensure accurate accrual of trade spend in SAP and support forecast surgeries to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage pricing processes, including calendar coordination, approval workflow, SAP uploads, and IBP 360 communication.
• Run and analyse Smart Pricing and RGM tools at country, channel, region and customer levels to generate actionable insights.
• Analyse pricing, elasticity and competitive dynamics in the Chilean retail landscape.
• Develop and maintain Price Pack Architecture (PPA) roadmaps aligned with channel‑specific strategies.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in fast‑moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods.
• Analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach to reducing complexity.
• Ability to synthesise multiple data points into a holistic view and prioritise tasks.
• Experience in pricing strategy, trade‑spend optimisation and revenue realisation.
