RPA Architect – Remote (Enterprise‑scale)

About the role

As an RPA Architect you will shape the automation strategy for large‑scale enterprises, defining the technical vision and leading the creation of a Center of Excellence. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier technologists, delivering high‑impact solutions for leading companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑wide RPA strategies and architectural frameworks.
• Establish and lead a Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) to promote best practices.
• Define and enforce bot governance, security standards, and process‑prioritisation models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high‑value automation opportunities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of scalable bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, software engineering or RPA development.
• Proven track record designing and governing enterprise‑level RPA architectures.
• Hands‑on experience establishing CoEs and governance frameworks.
• Strong background in process design, prioritisation and automation roadmap creation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
