Sales Assistant – Marina Arauco

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join the ONLY store at Marina Arauco. The role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting sales, and maintaining the store’s visual standards in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the sales process and promote the brand’s products.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and ensure accurate labeling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including tidying displays and fitting rooms.
• Support inventory control by reporting stock discrepancies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
• Proactive, responsible, and well‑organized attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexible availability for a 30‑hour weekly schedule with rotating 5‑day/2‑day shifts, Monday to Sunday.
