Sales Development Representative – Virtual Data Rooms (LATAM)

About the role

Valutico is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate the first‑touch conversations for DoneDiligence, its AI‑native Virtual Data Room. The SDR will focus on the LATAM M&A market, targeting advisory boutiques, investment banks, private equity, venture capital funds, and corporate development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account‑based outreach.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives on Valutico’s Due Diligence Suite.
• Research target accounts and live deal activity to pinpoint firms running M&A processes and the decision‑makers for data rooms.
• Engage senior stakeholders across M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, and consulting firms.
• Speak credibly about data‑room usage, including Q&A management, indexing, permissioning, and deal timelines, and explain the impact of an AI‑native solution.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM database.
• Track personal KPIs and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience prospecting or selling Virtual Data Rooms, due‑diligence platforms, or M&A workflow software (e.g., Datasite, Ansarada, Intralinks, iDeals, Drooms, FirmRoom, SecureDocs, DealRoom).
• Working understanding of the M&A process and the role of a data room within it.
• 1–3 years of overall B2B sales or sales‑development experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Existing contacts in M&A advisory, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development are a strong plus.
• Comfort opening conversations with senior stakeholders such as Partners, Directors, and Investment Professionals.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Virtual Data Room platforms (e.g., Datasite, Ansarada, Intralinks, iDeals, Drooms, FirmRoom, SecureDocs, DealRoom).
• Understanding of AI‑enhanced due‑diligence workflows.
