Business Development Manager – Chile

About the role

FP Markets is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Chile. You will lead the acquisition of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and other partners, driving client growth for our multi‑regulated CFD brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and onboard new IBs, affiliates and partners across Chile.
• Generate client acquisition and revenue growth through outreach, referrals, events and strategic partnerships.
• Design and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners and affiliates.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD space.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure aligned and compliant campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
• Represent FP Markets at industry events, expos and webinars.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in Forex, CFDs or financial trading.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates or high‑net‑worth retail/institutional clients.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
