About the role

As a Salesforce System Administrator at BairesDev, you will be responsible for keeping the Salesforce environment performant, secure, and aligned with business needs. You will act as the primary point of contact for configuration, automation, and user management, ensuring a smooth experience for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce to support evolving operational requirements.
• Design and implement complex automation using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to uphold security standards.
• Conduct regular data audits, cleanup, and integrity checks.
• Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to maximize user adoption.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Proven expertise in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Strong background in data security, profiles, and permission management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
