Senior Account Manager - Digital Marketing Agency

You will serve as the vital link between our diverse client portfolio and our specialized internal creative and technical teams.

Main Missions

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Translate client business objectives into actionable, multi-channel marketing strategies and execution plans.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments, including Paid Media, SEO, Content, and Creative teams, to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations and continuous optimization.
• Drive business growth through proactive identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met within a high-pressure international environment.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and lead strategic client reviews.
