Senior Accountant – Santiago Office

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Santiago office. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of monthly financial results, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting compliance with firm accounting policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and maintain core accounting processes, including journal entries, allocations, and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Review P&L and balance‑sheet activity, investigate variances, and escalate complex issues to management.
• Collaborate with finance partners and the Global Finance Organization to support reconciliations, reporting requirements, and resolution of accounting issues.
• Provide accounting analysis and reporting support to local stakeholders for timely and accurate financial information.
• Support audit, tax, and governance requirements in line with firm standards and local regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and efficiency gains.

• Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
