Senior Analyst - IT Support

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its IT Support team in Chile. The role provides first‑ and second‑level assistance to end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of Windows environments, Microsoft Office tools, and related hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 user support for Windows, Office suite, and MMC applications.
• Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripheral equipment for new and existing users.
• Maintain equipment inventory and track support tickets through the ITSM platform.
• Participate in regional and global IT initiatives and projects.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and training for new team members.

Required profile

• Graduate in an IT‑related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Level 1/2 technical support.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (essential).
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Windows operating system support.
• Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
• Active Directory user account administration.
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing system.
