Senior Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR)

About the role

ADvendio is looking for a proactive Senior Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and support the sales team in expanding its advertising‑technology platform. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, qualifying opportunities and setting the stage for successful sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Execute prospecting strategies to initiate outreach to potential clients.
• Identify prospects' needs and challenges and gauge interest in ADvendio’s solution.
• Schedule discovery meetings and hand qualified opportunities to sales representatives.
• Manage inbound lead flow, ensuring timely follow‑up and conversion into qualified leads.
• Generate and nurture the early sales pipeline through high‑volume calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Arrange product demos and connect qualified prospects with the appropriate sales resources.
• Develop repeatable outbound sales campaigns and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align and execute campaign initiatives.
• Promote ADvendio products across various industry verticals.
• Maintain an accurate client database using Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in eCommerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
• Proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and cold‑calling large enterprise accounts.
• Interest in digital advertising marketplaces and ad‑serving technologies.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and a drive for new challenges.
