Senior Business Manager – Energy Storage

About the role

This fully remote, field‑based position is focused on expanding our energy storage portfolio across Chile and the wider region. Based in Santiago, you will lead client development, market expansion and strategic partnerships while travelling as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market development and expansion of company products, including customer acquisition, negotiations, and relationship management to meet sales targets.
• Assist distributors and partners in planning and executing market expansion strategies, and regularly report on market and marketing activities.
• Monitor industry and competitor dynamics, regulatory changes, and analyse market trends.
• Develop and implement the overseas market development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead full‑cycle international market expansion, from prospecting to detailed customer file compilation.
• Provide strategic recommendations for market penetration and review performance and field intelligence.
• Create and organise localized supporting materials that are culturally appropriate and compliant with regional standards.

Required profile

• Full‑time bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a science or engineering discipline, or equivalent industry marketing experience.
• Experience in the new energy sector, especially photovoltaic or energy storage, with relevant customer and project resources.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and fluency in the local language of the target market.
• Stable career history; frequent job changes may be disqualified.
