Senior Clinical Project Manager – General Medicine

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager (or Clinical Project Manager II) with a strong background in General Medicine to lead global clinical trial projects. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a patient‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project performance toward contracted deliverables, ensuring operational excellence.
• Own the customer relationship and act as the primary liaison with internal experts.
• Develop and execute data‑driven project strategies, managing scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate financial, project, and quality risks using risk‑management and quality‑by‑design principles.
• Maintain project governance, issue escalation pathways, and compliance with SOPs, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project budgets, forecast revenue, and manage change orders.
• Lead and inspire high‑performing, multicultural project teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of global project management experience, specifically in General Medicine.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end clinical trial lifecycles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
• Experience with risk management, budget forecasting, and KPI tracking.
