Senior Clinical Research Associate – Sponsor Dedicated (Remote, Chile)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA I) to conduct sponsor‑dedicated monitoring for clinical studies based in Chile. This remote position supports the delivery of high‑quality clinical trial data and ensures compliance with study protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies, verifying data accuracy and protocol adherence.
• Develop and implement monitoring tools, templates, and checklists to standardize quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data management, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs—to support trial execution.
• Document and report trial data, prepare comprehensive monitoring reports for regulatory submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of clinical research experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and providing training on monitoring techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and related software.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification preferred.
