Senior Clinical Trial Manager (CTM II) – Remote, LATAM

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager (CTM II) to support its LATAM client portfolio. The role is fully remote and covers sites in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Colombia, focusing on patient safety, protocol compliance and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site management from activation through close‑out, including patient recruitment and investigator payments.
• Conduct clinical and central monitoring activities ensuring GCP, regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Identify critical data, process risks and develop mitigation plans using the Risk Assessment and Categorisation Tool (RACT).
• Review study scope, budget and contractual obligations and communicate them to the project team.
• Escalate timeline, quality or budget risks to the Project Manager and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in key meetings such as Kick‑Off and serve as an escalation point for site communications.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in clinical trial management within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites across LATAM remotely.
• Strong understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements and risk‑based monitoring.
• Excellent problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
