Senior Consultant - Mining Projects Organization and Governance

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for a senior consultant in Santiago to advise on organizational design and governance for mining investment projects. The role covers organizational changes, governance models, structures and roles and responsibilities, in line with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on initiatives related to organizational design and implementation of organizational change
• Define governance models, organizational structures and roles and responsibilities for investment projects
• Apply industry best practices to the work

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering
• 15 to 20 years of specific experience in the specialty
• Strong knowledge and mastery of the discipline
• High level of specialization in project management and organization
• Desirable: postgraduate degree, certification and/or research and publication experience
