Senior Credit Analyst – Corporate Lending

About the role

The Senior Credit Analyst will join Evalueserve's Lending Services team within Corporate & Investment Banking. Based in Viña del Mar, the role supports bankers throughout the end‑to‑end credit process, providing high‑quality financial analysis and ensuring compliance with client guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Spread financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) using Excel models or lending platforms and calculate key credit metrics.
• Scrub, normalize, and adjust financial data for non‑recurring items, ensuring consistency across periods.
• Validate financial inputs with high accuracy, map line items to client‑defined formats, and perform basic data quality checks.
• Maintain quality control, meet turnaround times and SLAs, and follow standardized processes.
• Mentor junior analysts, monitor their performance, and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Handle client calls and periodic communications, providing clear updates on analysis progress.

Required profile

• Graduate or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields (e.g., Commercial Engineer, MBA‑Finance).
• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills; experience in credit review or underwriting is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural team environment.
