Senior DevOps Engineer – High‑Availability Systems

About the role

Group-IB is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Development team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and scaling high‑availability systems that power the company’s global cybersecurity services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise core server infrastructure, including bare‑metal servers, LXC containers, virtual machines and cloud environments.
• Operate and support core services such as Nginx, Puppet, GitLab, Artifactory, Nexus, Harbor and Grafana.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like FluxCD or ArgoCD.
• Handle incident response for infrastructure‑related issues.
• Collaborate with network engineers, developers and other technical stakeholders.
• Design and implement high‑availability, fault‑tolerant and scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance and availability with modern observability tools.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Linux administration, DevOps or SRE.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DNS).
• Hands‑on experience with bare‑metal production environments.
• Experience with configuration management (Ansible or Puppet).
• Experience with distributed databases (Elasticsearch, Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
