Senior FP&A & Controlling Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior FP&A & Controlling Analyst to act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for our Commercial and Customer Service teams. You will drive financial performance, ensure transparency, and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end closing processes.
• Partner with Commercial and Customer Service functions to manage performance, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying drivers and recommending actions.
• Prepare clear financial reports and management presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Standardize reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to enhance financial transparency.
• Identify and implement process improvements and digitalization projects to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Support business case development, investment evaluations, and ad‑hoc analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Advanced analytical abilities with a focus on turning data into business insights.
• Fluent English (advanced level).
