Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Latin America

About the role

Join Jobscan as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager focused on Latin America. You will own the paid search engine, drive profitable growth, and later launch a paid social program, all while working closely with the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads end‑to‑end, including account structure, bidding, keyword hygiene, audience targeting and creative testing.
• Optimize cost efficiency and scale, balancing CAC, volume and unit‑economics targets.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards for spend pacing, CAC by funnel stage, payback and other key metrics.
• Leverage AI tools for analysis, audits, ad iteration and reporting.
• Design and execute the launch of a paid social program (initially Meta), with disciplined testing and clear go/no‑go decisions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on landing‑page strategy and future growth bets.
• Communicate performance trends and decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience with deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, bidding strategies, audience signals).
• Managed annual paid budgets of at least $1.2 million and can discuss efficiency versus volume trade‑offs.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable building custom reports and fluent in CAC, payback, LTV, conversion lag and attribution.
