Senior Project Manager – Go-to-Market (GTM)

About the role

We are a globally recognised, remote‑first SaaS company seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic Go‑to‑Market programmes. You will work across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to shape collaboration, build operational frameworks and drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact, cross‑functional GTM programmes from strategy through execution.
• Partner with senior leaders across multiple functions to define goals and deliver outcomes.
• Design and implement scalable programme management frameworks, processes and operating models.
• Manage translation and localisation workflows for global product launches.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies and keep strategic initiatives aligned.
• Provide executive‑level reporting and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience, preferably in SaaS or fast‑paced technology.
• Proven track record leading strategic cross‑functional GTM programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience building governance, dashboards and reporting structures.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
