Senior Project Manager - GTM

About the role

We are looking for a highly strategic Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact Go‑to‑Market (GTM) programmes for a leading e‑learning platform. This fully remote position partners with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to improve GTM effectiveness and support global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional GTM programmes with clear goals, milestones and success metrics.
• Partner with senior leaders to define programme structures, workstreams and delivery plans.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable, repeatable processes and scalable operating frameworks.
• Improve GTM project‑management methods, templates, intake processes and operating rhythms.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions, ensuring clarity on ownership, decisions, risks and priorities.
• Own the operational framework for translation and localisation intake, prioritisation, workflow management and delivery.
• Introduce programme metrics and reporting to enhance visibility and predictable execution.
• Lead retrospectives and continuous‑improvement activities to strengthen cross‑team delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience, preferably in SaaS or fast‑paced technology environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex, strategic programmes with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong exposure to GTM initiatives across Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success.
• Highly organised, analytical and solution‑oriented with excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
