Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated former consultant with strong communication skills to lead enterprise data and analytics projects. The Senior Project Manager will act as the bridge between global leaders and the delivery team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage one or multiple project programs, defining scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders, maintaining communication channels and reporting schedules.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering all phases and associated deliverables.
• Oversee change control, risk management and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate project team members, monitor resource capacity and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Project Managers and contribute to capability‑building efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in project management.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
