Senior Project Manager – Localization & Translation Technology

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will own and optimise translation and localisation workflows, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering to deliver seamless global experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross‑functional programmes that deliver measurable business impact.
• Own translation and localisation workflow governance, prioritisation and delivery.
• Partner with GTM teams to support multilingual product launches and global content delivery.
• Build scalable operational frameworks, improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage programme reporting, KPIs, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and executive updates.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Background in localisation, translation technology, internationalisation (i18n) or global content operations.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional programmes and collaborate with product, marketing, sales and customer‑facing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, operational excellence and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with translation management systems such as Smartling, Phrase, Lokalise, Crowdin, memoQ, XTM, SDL Trados or Transifex.
