Senior Project / Program Manager (GTM | SaaS)

About the role

We are a globally recognised, remote‑first SaaS company seeking an experienced Senior Project or Program Manager to lead strategic Go‑to‑Market (GTM) programmes. You will work across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to shape collaboration, build operational frameworks and drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact, cross‑functional GTM programmes from strategy through execution.
• Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement.
• Build scalable programme management frameworks, processes and operating models.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
• Manage translation and localisation workflows for global product launches.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies and keep multiple strategic initiatives aligned.
• Deliver executive‑level programme reporting and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience, preferably in SaaS or fast‑paced technology environments.
• Proven experience leading strategic cross‑functional GTM programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience building programme governance, operational frameworks, dashboards and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement teams.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools.
• Highly desirable: translation, localisation or internationalisation experience, Agile programme management and a passion for continuous improvement.
