Senior QA Automation & Mobile Testing Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior QA Automation & Mobile Testing Engineer, you will shape the quality strategy for BairesDev's mobile and web applications, ensuring reliable releases and seamless user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for native mobile and web applications.
• Author, execute, and debug automated test scripts to maximize coverage.
• Implement testing strategies across physical devices, simulators, and mobile device farms.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous feedback.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to align on quality standards and track defect metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and mobile testing.
• Proven expertise in native mobile testing for iOS and Android.
• Strong hands‑on experience with WebdriverIO and Appium.
• Proficiency with native frameworks such as XCTest/XCUITest and Espresso/UI Automator.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
