Senior Sales Manager LATAM

About the role

As a Senior Sales Manager for the LATAM region you will drive market expansion, acquire new users in EPC, O&M and Asset Management, and promote innovative cloud‑based SaaS solutions. You will work closely with customers to develop tailored acquisition strategies and lead negotiations to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market expansion: acquire new users in EPC, O&M and Asset Management across LATAM.
• Identify and convert opportunities: research potential customers, qualify leads and develop tailored acquisition strategies.
• Promote and consult on cloud‑based monitoring and energy‑management SaaS solutions.
• Develop technical proposals and lead commercial negotiations to contract signing.
• Visit customers on‑site across LATAM to strengthen partnerships.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Proposal Management and Product Management.
• Represent meteocontrol at trade fairs, conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably PV.
• Business‑fluent English; additional Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and solution‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently within LATAM.

Required skills

• Strong interest in cloud‑based SaaS solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM systems.
