Senior SAP MM Consultant – Santiago, Chile

About the role

Infosys is looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP MM Consultant to join its Santiago delivery center. The role involves both Application Management Services (AMS) support and end‑to‑end SAP MM implementations across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support in an AMS environment, handling incidents, service requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead full‑cycle SAP MM projects, including fit‑gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), data migration, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Manage and optimise Procure‑to‑Pay processes, ensuring seamless integration with FI, SD and logistics modules.
• Configure SAP MM sub‑modules such as Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation and Invoice Verification.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions and prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Support incident management, root‑cause analysis and problem resolution in production environments.
• Coordinate with ABAP teams, ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA) and global delivery models (on‑shore/off‑shore).

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant.
• Proven experience in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, including AMS support and full‑life‑cycle implementations.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, cut‑over and hyper‑care.
• Experience working on global or multi‑country SAP projects.

Required skills

• SAP MM (ECC & S/4HANA)
• Integration with SAP FI (AP, GR/IR) and SAP SD
• Knowledge of WM/EWM (preferred)
• Data migration tools: LSMW, Migration Cockpit
• Basic understanding of IDOCs and interfaces
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori (nice to have)
• Ticketing tools: ServiceNow, JIRA
